I hate baking. But I have found a recipe for cookies that are not only addictive, but also very simple:
Cake Mix Cookies
1 box cake mix -- any flavor
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 cup add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles, whatever) --optional
Mix ingredients and bake for 10 minutes at 350.

ReplyDeleteSo, do you pour them onto a cookie sheet in the shape of cookies? That's the only confusing thing out of all of it: it does sound delicious, however.

The batter ends up being very thick, so it's really just like cookie dough.
Spoon it onto a cookie sheet just as you would any other dough, and voila!
